Integrated hoist trolley is a new double rail hoist with features compact structure, low clearance,silent motor drive, four-wheel automatic leveling. It adopts heavy hammer limit, simple structure, reliable action, which solves the phenomenon of electric hoist charging caused by factors such as the slippage of the limit bar and the unreliability of the action of the limit. Use new rope guide, the service life is longer. The characteristic of guide rope: the old guide rope is connected with steel strip and rivet. The new type of guide rope is connected by steel ring and hinge, and it is not easy to be damaged when improper operation.
Features
- Its structure is composed of 9 parts: reducer、traveling mechanism、wire rope drum device、hook device、coupling、slow speed driving device(only MD1 model)、soft cable current inducer、limit switch、motor. It's very convenient for use and maintenance and can shorten the product maintenance cycle.
- Use conical brake motor.
- Lifting speed has normal speed (CD1 model) and normal、slow speed(MD1 model) two kinds,controlled by pendant panel.
- Use standard modulus helical gear reducer, easy for maintenance assembly.
- Reducer: Electric hoist reducer adopts triple bevel gear drive mechanism, gear and gear shaft adopt 40Cr or 20CrMnTi steel forging processing, after heat treatment, all with rolling bearing support, box shell made of cast iron, tight assembly, dustproof and reliable.
- Traveling mechanism: Electric hoist traveling mechanism is electric trolley type. Reducer gear is 40Cr forging, after quenching and tempering, it will be installed at the enclosed gearbox, all adopt rolling bearing support, wall plate made of steel to ensure flexible operation, easy to use, long life. The structure also varies according to elevation height.The steel rails used on traveling mechanism shall be selected according to standard GB/T706-198, and lifting height over 18m shall plus balance beam trolley, 8t、10t、16t、20t with lifting height 6m-30m, use 2 sets electric trolley.
- Drum device: Wire rope drum is made of cast and seamless steel tube, use a spline to link the reducer, the other end is supported by rolling bearings at the front of the taper motor. Drum shell is made of steel plate.
- Hook device: Hook is made of 20# steel die forging, and the thrust ball bearing is connected to the shell by lifting hook beams,make the hook run smoothly. The hook device is a single slip and the pulley is made of cast iron or cast steel.8t、10t、16t、20t hook device is double pulley type.
- Coupling: The torque of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through the claw - type elastic coupler. The coupling can absorb the impact and get a smooth start.
- Slow driving device: The slow driving device consists of drive box, box cover, and a small motor. The small motor drives the main motor through a slow driving device. Its speed ratio is 10:1.
- Current inductor: Due to that the electric is used matched with electric single girder crane, the current is introduced into the switch box with the cable lead, the slider current introducer is not equipped.
- Limit switch: To prevent the failure caused by hook up and down which exceeds the limit position, the hoist is equipped with a limit switch, when hook reaches the limit position, the guide rope device on the drum device drives the limiter action, so that the power supply is automatically cut off.
- Motor: The lifting motor uses a tapered motor with a large starting torque to adapt to the frequent direct starting in the intermittent work, and the torque is 2.4~3 times the rated torque.
