Product introduction
Garbage grab cranes are core equipment of garbage incineration factory feeder system in modern city life garbage, which is a kind of grab overhead crane, located in the upper site of garbage storage pit, mainly undertaking garbage feeder, transport, mixing, fetch and weighing.
At present, the general classification method is: according to the crane operation control system level, it can be divided into three types: manual, semiautomatic, fully automatic control.
Manual controlThe cabin personnel operate crane to finish movement, grab up and down, grasping, feeding and other actions by linkage control.
Semi-automatic controlThe part action of crane operation process is finished automatically by the control system. Common condition: After grasping manually, it moves to the feeding mouth and weighs and feed automatically.
Full automatic controlWhen the inlet needing a signal alarm, crane run automatically from parking site and move to grasp the point, down to grasp garbage, lift grab to move to the inlet, weigh, feed and return to the parking site or repeat these movements. The transportation and mix are finished automatically.
Features
- Poor working condition: high temperature, high humidity, much dust, strong gas corrosion;
